IDEAL CANDIDATE
Job Description:
– Entry-level, Salary expectation of SGD 2,800 – 3,000
– Time spent in job role: 70% doing HR admin, 15% doing HR payroll, 10% bank reconciliation (accounts), 5% adhoc admin
– Working hours: 44-hour work week. 5 days (Mon – Thurs 0830-1830, Fri 0830-1730)
Must haves:
1) Fluent in English
2) SPR or Singaporean, currently residing in Singapore with work authorisation in Singapore
3) Worked at least 1-2 years in HR, with Work passes administration experience
4) Willing to be independent learner and work well in small teams
Good to have:
1) Diploma / Degree in Business Specialisation in HR
2) Work pass admin, or HR experience in the Construction industry in Singapore
3) Some Accounting experience
4) HRMS (esp. Infotech experience)
5) Candidates with interest to pursue HR function in their career development
